Bibimbap Rezept

Ein Rezept, das aus der Koreanischen Küche nicht wegzudenken ist. Bibimbap ist eins der bekannteren Rezepte, da es oft in den auch außerhalb Koreas bekannten koreanischen Dramen gegessen wird. Wenn du Bibimbap auch aus dem Fernsehen kennst, und dich gefragt hast wie man das zubereiten kann, wirst du hier fündig.

Kimbap – Practice makes perfect

Hier kannst du lernen wie man Kimbap selber macht. Es gibt viele verschiedene Arten von Kimbap-Füllungen. Doch sie haben alle etwas gemeinsam. Reis und Seegrasblätter in denen etwas eingerollt ist. Die häufigsten Füllungen sind Gemüse, Fisch und Rindfleisch.
